Tomo Križnar is a Slovenian activist helping the tribes in Darfur, the Nuba mountains, Abyei, South Kordofan and The Blue Nile regions - now southern North Sudan - by distributing small video cameras among them and getting them internet access so that they can record the rapes and murders that are happening in their villages. They send the very graphic material directly to the Hague to expose the atrocities being committed by Omar al Bashir’s government forces and so far this has been the only reason the attacks have ever stopped. Yet they continue to happen and it is imperative that H.O.P.E. continues buying and delivering the cameras and satellite internet boxes to the region that nobody even wants to visit. The govt has now started using Antonov bombers (yet again) and helicopter gunships to attack the innocent indigenous people.
